    Yes! We love pets here at Hidden Springs RV Resort. Pets are $10 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 3 dogs per reservation. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, pets must remain on a leash unless they’re at Critter Corner, our on-site dog park. Please use Critter Corner or nearby BLM land for bathroom breaks. This helps ensure our sites are clean and sanitary for each and every guest! Fines may be charged for breach of pet policies.

    Yes, we welcome long-term and seasonal guests. Stays are limited to a maximum of 6 months (180 nights) out of a 12-month period (in for 6 months, out for 6 months).

    • Back-In Sites: $1,000/month

    • Pull-Through Sites: $1,200/month

    • Utilities: $200 flat monthly fee (plus credit card and reservation processing fees).

    Both back-in and pull-through sites are available for long-term stays.

    • Cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund of your paid-in-full deposit.

    • Cancel within 14 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.
      If you’d like to request a date change or stay credit instead, please contact us directly.

    • We take full payment at time of booking, CC fee & online booking fee are non-refundable charges.

    We’re conveniently located at 91 W Old Highway 91, Ivins, UT 84738, with quick access to local highlights:

    • I-15 Freeway (Exit 6 in St. George): 12 miles / ~20 minutes

    • Downtown St. George: 8 miles / ~15 minutes

    • Tuacahn Amphitheater: 3.5 miles / ~8 minutes

    • Zion National Park (Springdale entrance): 38 miles / ~50 minutes

    Partially, yes — but rest assured, we are fully open and ready for your stay! The blue & green zones are fully landscaped with lush greenery, while the yellow & red zones feature full-hookup sites without grass. Nearly all resort amenities are complete and available, including our:

    • Swimming pool & hot tub

    • Clubhouse & lounge

    • BBQ grills & fire pits

    • Walking trails

    • Picturesque pond

Additional On-site Information

Campground Policies

• No smoking within 50 ft of shared resort facilities
• Dispose of all trash properly
• No consumption of alcohol outside reserved site
• No swimming in small ponds / riverwalks
• Children under the age of 14 must be
accompanied by an adult in resort facilities
• All guests must adhere to posted policies
• Dogs on leash at all times outside "Critter Corner"

• No dogs allowed in pool area

• Pet fences are prohibited within resort

• Speed limit within resort is 10 MPH

• Gas powered motorcycles are not permitted on resort roads unless they are street legal.
