Cancellations: Must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. If you cancel after that date, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Alcohol Policy: $500 deposit to bring alcohol onto the property. A licensed and insured bartender is required by Utah law.

We recommend booking your event as early as possible to secure your desired date. Typically, most clients book 6–12 months in advance, but we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Call us to check available dates. 435-334-5517
Yes, our venue is ADA accessible, including ramps, wide doorways, and restrooms designed for individuals with mobility needs. We strive to ensure all of your guests are comfortable and can fully enjoy the event. Clubhouse suites have stairs and are not ADA accessible.
While we do not offer full event planning or coordination services, we can recommend trusted event planners who can assist with the details. Additionally, we’re happy to help guide you through the venue setup and logistics on the day of your event.
We have a list of approved catering partners you can choose from, or you may bring in your own caterer. If alcohol is served, as per Utah law we require a licensed bartender for all events serving alcohol. Additionally we charge $500 fee for alcohol at your event.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled within 30 days of the event. For rescheduling, we will work with you to find a new date that fits our availability.
Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to tour the venue before making a decision. Please schedule a visit, and we’ll be happy to show you the space and answer any questions.
You are welcome to bring in your own décor, but we do have some guidelines to ensure the safety and preservation of the venue. For example, open flames (like candles) are not allowed unless in an approved container, and we ask that any décor is removed promptly after the event.
If your event is outdoors, we offer indoor backup options, and we always discuss contingency plans with you well in advance. If the weather looks problematic, we’ll be ready to move your event indoors or reschedule as needed.
While we love animals, we generally do not allow pets at events, except for service animals that are required for accessibility needs. Please let us know if this is a concern for any of your guests.
We have ample parking for your guests, with dedicated spaces for both guests and vendors. If you anticipate a larger guest list, we can assist in arranging additional parking options nearby.
Yes, we offer a variety of A/V equipment, including microphones, speakers, TV, projector and screen. If you have specific needs, we can help you arrange the necessary setup for your event.
